Cancellation Policy

At Carpathian Village, we understand that plans can change and are flexible about canceling reservations for ATV and bike rentals. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge at least one week before your selected rental date.

• Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge at least one week before the scheduled date of your ATV and bike rental.
• In case of cancellation of the reservation with less than 7 calendar days, we reserve the right not to return the amount related to the advance paid by you.
